Clinic hours are from 8AM-5PM Mountain time, Monday through Friday, and the office is typically closed on weekends and holidays.
After Hours/Emergencies
If you need to reach me outside of regular business hours, please call the main office line and leave a confidential voicemail, as this line is periodically monitored on evenings, weekends and holidays.
If you are having an emergency and you are unable to reach me promptly, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency department as soon as possible.

Location
My office is located in a comfortable and discreet setting at the intersection of US 36 and Foothills Parkway, just a few minutes' walk from the Table Mesa Park-N-Ride. The location is easily accessible from most of Boulder and the surrounding area, including Niwot, Gunbarrel, Superior, Louisville, Lafayette, Broomfield, Westminster, Northglenn, and Thornton.

These modes of communication should never be used to communicate any urgent or time-sensitive information. There are also significant limitations to the security and confidentiality of these types of electronic communications (see below). Established patients are encouraged to use phone, fax, or secure patient portal to ensure privacy for any communications that contain sensitive personal information.
